Weddings On The Beach!

Reverend Kate was ordained in 2016 and officiates weddings locally in Southport and Oak Island, NC.

In 2001, Kate was commissioned a Stephen Minister by Capo Beach Calvary Church in Southern California.  After continuing her ministry training in North Carolina, she was accepted by the Moses Cone Healthcare System as Volunteer Adjunct Hospital Chaplain where she served weekend nights for six years. For six years, Kate served on staff as Homebound Minister for First Baptist Church, ministering to 90 shut-ins –in Greensboro, NC. She is frequently involved in Children’s Ministry and Prayer Correspondent for a church in Southport, NC.
